In an economy where Coaching fees tend to prohibit the kind of support many women Entrepreneurs need, I seek to offer a revitalization of the concept of Wisdom Circles.

King Arthur, in his infinite wisdom, saw the power in bringing his brightest and best around a table to address the vital issues. What we can take from this concept of a "wisdom circle," is the gathering of people who speak candidly and from the heart, listen intently to the wisdom of other people, and honor the wisdom and intelligence we all possess to meet both individual and collective needs.

Also, at the heart of the Native American culture is a form of dialogue that encourages an intuitive listening to one’s deepest self, to the wisdom of the group and to the spiritual energies created collectively.  The underlying purpose is to embrace the skill, consciousness and experience of the group to support the journey of the individual.

In an ever-changing world, where women are trying to balance life – and fulfill their life purpose, the need for Wisdom Circles remains.  As women Entrepreneurs, we seek to be creators, and we must embrace that at the heart of all creation is a spark of wisdom.

•  When that creative wisdom is isolated or unsupported, it remains a small, although relentless spark.  
•  When it is shared or united with others, it ignites into a burning flame that illuminates the way and provides strength and direction for us all.

It is no accident that we come together in communities and organizations to find strength which sustains and renews us.  Thus gathering together in Wisdom Circles empowers us to move deeply into that creative core which continues to thrive and manifest hope-filled dreams.

Our Wisdom Circles are designed for small groups of women, creating a safe space where they are empowered to be trusting, authentic, caring and open to change in personal and professional transformation.  Based on specific guidelines, women are encouraged to meet, and then inquire, listen and speak from the wisdom of their hearts.

Different from other discussion or support groups, the process of the Wisdom Circles provides an environment that protects and promotes the life-affirming values of compassion, equality, respect for diversity and concern for the whole, as recipients gain greater self-awareness and the strength of mutual support.

Shared wisdom becomes the synergy of a group dynamic which provides amazing insights that are very powerful for everyone in the group. One person's skills, expertise and experience becomes everyone's learning; one person’s quest become’s everyone’s ability to share and support.

The circles are limited to six women who meet for three hours once a month for a period of six months. Each person in the group is asked to commit to the full six sessions to maintain the continuity of trust and community required for this level of personal or professional exploration and transformation.

Wisdom is the creative intelligence that arises from the heart, and is foundational in the skills, experience and expertise we have to share in supporting others with the kind of integrity that reflects the alignment and consistency of one's stated values with one's actions.  Thus, the purpose of the Wisdom Circle groups is to

•  encourage transformation and provide resources for women who are discovering their purpose and power in life; and to
•  quickly remove blocks and accelerate success.

Wisdom Circles are a perfect format for women who are:

Wisdom also represents a deeper insight into the interdependence of the group, the myriad of ways we are connected and how the strength of each one of us is vital to the whole.

•  The journey is less difficult when shared and our self-discovery is enhanced when we open our hearts and minds to the support of a larger community.
•  The journey is far more empowering when we can sit in a Wisdom Circle - meeting heart to heart, learning from each other’s life experiences and climbing to unexpected levels by recognizing our own unique talents and abilities and receiving the missing pieces from others around us.

The objective of these meetings is to share the status of your goals, seek wisdom and resources that remove blocks, and provide support and feedback to each other.
