Using the PortaVault is very easy, In fact it’s a simple as 1-2-3:
- Locate a label that pertains to a specific record or document
- Apply the label to a record protector
- Locate the records or documents listed on the label and insert them into the record protector
IDENTIFY
60 Color Coded Labels – over 100 records and documents are listed on the color coded labels. This comprehensive system identifies the most common types of documents and records associated with identification, proof of ownership, finances, retirement, insurance, taxes and estate planning.

Six Section Dividers – the section dividers are printed with User Tips and Helpful Hints. The user tips will assist you in assembling your documents.
